How to prepare

How to prepare

Put the oven at 177 ° C, prepare a suitable tray, grease it with oil, sprinkle it with flour, and then leave it aside.

Put cocoa, flour, baking powder and baking soda in a medium bowl and mix well, then set aside.

Break the eggs in the mixer bowl, add vanilla and sugar to it, and mix well for three minutes until the ingredients are homogeneous, and add water and flour to the mixture alternately until the quantities run out.

Pour the cake batter into the prepared mold, bake it in the hot oven for half an hour, and test its maturity by inserting a wooden stick in it, if it comes out clean, this indicates its maturity.

Take out the cake pan from the oven and leave it for ten minutes until it cools, then take out the cake and leave it on a metal net until it cools completely, then serve it.



Cold pineapple cake

Enough for 12 people



Ingredients

Three hundred and eighty grams of ready-made pineapple flavored cake mixture.

Three large eggs .

A glass of water.

A third of a cup of vegetable oil.

Two hundred and fifty grams of whipped cream.

One hundred and six grams of vanilla .

Five hundred grams of crushed pineapple pudding.



How to prepare

Put the oven at 175 degrees Celsius.

Prepare a suitable cake pan, grease it with oil and sprinkle it with flour.

Put the ready cake mixture, water, oil, and eggs in the bowl of an electric mixer, mixing well on a low speed until the ingredients are well mixed, and increasing the speed to between medium to high and mixing for two minutes, then pouring the mixture into the prepared cake mold.

Putting the cake mold in the hot oven for a period of twenty-three to twenty-eight minutes, and testing its maturity by inserting a wooden stick in the cake to test its maturity, if the wooden stick comes out clean, this indicates that the cake is matured.

Leave the cake in the mold for a quarter of an hour until it cools, then remove it from the tray, put it on a metal net, and leave it for two hours until it cools completely.

Mix pineapple pudding, whipped cream, crushed pineapple pudding, and vanilla well, then gently add the mixture to the cake mixture in the pan so that it forms a layer on it.

Leave the layer of the pineapple mixture until solid and stick to the cake, then add half a tablespoon of pineapple juice on the layer of the pineapple mixture, stirring slightly with a fork and spread it over the edges of the cake.

Put the pineapple cake in the refrigerator until it cools completely, then cut and serve.



Tart of jam

Ingredients

Two cups of flour.

A cup of sugar.

Half a spoonful of baking powder.

Three eggs.

A third of a cup of oil.

Three quarters of a cup of ghee or butter.

A small spoon of vanilla.

A cup of jam.



How to prepare

Put the flour and baking powder and stir them together, then add two-thirds cup of ghee and the other third of oil, and rub the mixture with the tips of the fingers.

Add sugar and mix them well, then shape it into a ball, and grease the tray.

Take two thirds of the dough and spread it on a medium-sized tray.

Lift it slightly from all four sides, then put jam on it, put the remaining third and spread it out in the form of small fingers, then put it in the oven for up to a third of an hour.
