Homemade ice cream

Ingredients
Four egg yolks.
A cup of liquid milk.
A cup of cream.
Two cups of liquid cream.
Three quarters of a cup of powdered sugar.
Two teaspoons of liquid vanilla.

How to prepare

Mix the liquid cream with milk and vanilla in a medium-sized saucepan and heat the mixture over a medium heat while continuing to stir with a wooden spoon, being careful not to boil.
Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a glass bowl with a hand-held hook or an electric beater until the mixture is homogeneous.
Pour a cup of the hot milk and cream mixture over the yolk mixture, taking care to constantly stir until they are well mixed with each other.
Pour the mixture over the milk in the saucepan, and stir it continuously over a medium heat until the materials are homogeneous and mixed.
Reduce the heat and continue stirring for a period of six to eight minutes, until the mixture becomes thick and condenses and forms a custard mixture.
Lift the saucepan from the stove, add the cream, and stir it until the ingredients mix well with each other.
Drain custard and remove lumps with a fine cooking colander.
Cover the plate with nylon paper so that it does not form a crust on its surface and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours until it cools completely.
Put the custard mixture in the ice cream maker and follow the steps mentioned on it. It is also possible to add frozen fruits, melted chocolate or nuts to prepare a variety of varieties and flavors of ice cream on the same basic custard recipe.


Arabic ice cream with pistachio and mastic

Ingredients

Half a liter of liquid cream.
Half a liter of fresh milk.
Seven grams of ice cream yogurt powder.
Two hundred and fifty grams of fresh cream.
Two hundred and fifty grams of ground pistachios for decoration, as desired.
Three hundred and twenty-five grams of sugar.
Twenty-five grams of glucose.
A sprinkle of the original mastic.


How to prepare

Put the mastic in the freezer for ten minutes, so that it is easy to grind.
Put the liquid cream and the whole milk in the mixer bowl and mix them well, then add the glucose and mix it.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and leave it on a low heat until boiling.
Grind the mastic with a spoonful of sugar using a mortar or a spice grinder.
Mix three tablespoons of sugar with orchid.
Add sugar to the milk and cream mixture and put them on a low heat until it boils again.
Add mastic after boiling.
Add the sugar mixed with orchid and continue stirring until bubbles appear on the face and the mixture condenses and bonds with each other.
Put the mixture in another container and leave it until it cools at room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator and leave it for a period of not less than half a day.
Put the ice cream in the ice cream maker until it freezes and sticks to each other for about half an hour and add the pistachios or cream during this period, then put it directly in the freezer for at least six hours.


Snickers ice cream

Ingredients

Half a kilogram of pistachio ice cream .
Mashed banana
Half a cup of grated snickers chocolate.
Half a cup of melted white chocolate.
Decorating, as desired.


How to prepare

Mix all ingredients together except the white chocolate in a deep glass bowl until smooth and firm.
Spread the mixture in glasses or a tray using a decorating bag, then place it in the freezer until it solidifies.
Take the ice cream out of the freezer shortly before serving, then sprinkle it with melted chocolate and decorate it with your favorite dessert.

Ingredients

Twelve bars of soft dark chocolate (chopped).
Vanilla flavored ice cream .
Two and a half cups of sweetened condensed milk.
Three quarters of a cup of butter.


How to prepare

Put all ingredients in a bowl in a water bath.
